Does not work

I have had 2 of these cartridges and neither have worked letting far too much chlorine through. The green topped cartridge did work well but not these. I have discussed the issue by phone and tried a new housing but to no avail.

Replacement filter

We bought the high capacity water filter earlier this year when we had a leak in the original koi pond, and was finding it difficult to get anyone to build a new pond straight away. We were having to refill the pond daily and buy dechlorinating liquid to add to the tap water. I already use a filter on the shower and drinking water in the kitchen so I looked on the waterfilterman site and lo and behold the high capacity pond dechlorinator was available, and it worked out cheaper to buy one of these, than the chemicals we were having to buy.
Eventually We had a new pond installed and incorporated the filter into the back of the pond so that when we needed to add water it filtered out all the impurities and chlorine.
We have used the filter quite excessively and so have just bought a replacement filter to make sure the water stays safe for our fish.
We are very pleased with this filter and would say it has saved us money, working out a lot cheaper than buying chemicals and I would think a lot safer.

Replacement Filter for High Capacity Pond Dechlorinator

Having bought the Jumbo Water Filter/Pond Dechlorinator and been very pleased with it's performance I now regularly change the filter element and I am very pleased with the service received in respect of delivery.
