Water filter cartridge to fit the Sodastream FilterStream filter

Sodastream FilterStream compatible replacement Water Filter Cartridge. Very easy to change - uses built in 1/4" push fittings. Suitable as a Replacement in-line filter for the Sodastream FilterStream carbonator water filter systems.

Simply push your 1/4" Water Pipe straight into the push fittings at either end of the cartridge to connect.

Universal water filter to fit the Sodastream FilterStream Water Filter Cartridge

Compatible with the following:

Sodastream water filter & carbonator systems using the filter stream water filter. Can be used to replace the Sodastream FilterStream Water Filter Cartridge

This filter has built in 1/4" Push Fittings at either end. You simply push your existing 1/4" Water Pipe straight into the cartridge and it will grip to make the connection, there is no need to use fiddly screw connectors.

Carbon Filter

Improves taste and odour of the water. Removes high levels of chemicals including Chlorine, Organic Chemicals and Pesticides from the water. Manufactured by a Water Quality Association member, push fitting collet manufactured by NSF certified materials.

1500 US Gallons / replace every 6 months

Filter-stream cartridges - My opinion

We used the "proper" ones for some years, the same as supplied by the maker of the tap & hardware, but they were very expensive. Our dismay at their discontinuance changed to great pleasure when the recommended compatible replacement (yours) turned out to be MUCH better value and entirely satisfactory in every way, even in a very hard water area like ours. EXCELLENT.

This is perfectly compatible with the original Sodastream filter and comes with extensive and very clear instructions, should they be necessary. It is slightly thinner than the original and so it needs some newspaper or similar wrapped around it to provide a tight fit with the holder, but that's only a very minor inconvenience (particularly as it only needs to be replaced every six months).
