The filter has built in push fittings at either end of the cartridge to connect to the pipe.

Green Filter Post Carbon GAC Taste and Odour reduction

This filter has built in 1/4" Push Fittings at either end. You simply push your existing 1/4" Water Pipe straight into the cartridge and it will grip to make the connection. This connects in-line with the water pipe to provide filtered water.

Taste and odour reduction - Post Carbon filter

Improves taste and odour of the water. Removes levels of chemicals including Chlorine, Organic Chemicals and Pesticides from the water.

Fantastic service. At the present time I can only really rate the service as the Filter has just been fitted. There was a slight problem with my order, resulting in me not getting the filter I thought I had ordered. When I rang up it was sorted out immediately, with no fuss, and a replacement filter including the appropriate connectors was with me in 2 days, at no additional cost.

Does what it says - work well at a great price.

Bought 2 of these as replacements for some other brand which charge far more. And they work perfectly.
As a word of cution if you are replacing older screw-in types -
The key differences between this unit and my originals is that these have push fittings, my old ones had screw-in right-angle fittings for the pip work. Also, the width of the tube itself is thinner, which I was not aware of when purchasing. As a result I had a few problems keeping them secure within the water filter unit and also looping the pipes between the filters while (there are a total of 4 in my under-sink unit). Next time I will order the brackets which are listed on the site at the same time.
