Water Softening / Conditioning
The main filter cartridge of this set is the Eco Plus cartridge, which conditions the water to give it a softening effect. This softening effect lasts for 7 days in the water once it has passed through the filter and is effective for temperatures up to 60°C.
Healthy Water
The Main Eco Plus Cartridge produces healthy water which is made slightly Alkaline. This filtration process and internal filter media has been proven to help Eczema suffers and other skin conditons which chlorine can irritate. The filter also removes very high levels of hundreds of contaminants and chemicals found in tap water, such as Fluoride, Chlorine, Hormones, and so on.

The Main Eco Plus Filter Cartridge uses NSF 42 Approved filter media which is internationally recognised as one of the leading water authorities. The filter also has Water Research Center approval for filtering potable water (if required).
